Terms of Use

MagicAme CIL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or amend these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and any other relevant policies at any time. Users will be appropriately informed of any material changes.

1. Protection of children and young people: The safety of children and young people is our top priority. Our services are not permitted for children under the age of 6. Responsibility for usage times and transactions by minors lies exclusively with their legal guardians. In the event of incidents such as abuse, insults or exclusion of minors, the development team must be contacted immediately. In the event of serious incidents such as hate messages or death threats, MagicAme CIL will review and document such content and report it to the police if necessary. We actively promote a safe and respectful environment for users of all ages.

2. User behavior: All users are obliged to show respectful behavior - regardless of origin, religion, skin color, nationality or other personal characteristics. Impersonating another person (identity fraud), sharing private data (e.g. e-mail addresses, telephone numbers) and the unauthorized manipulation of game data or internal mechanics (e.g. game currencies, game functions) is strictly prohibited. MagicAme CIL offers help functions within the services and will sanction abuse such as spam, the deliberate exploitation of errors (exploits) or disruption of other users.

3. Fairplay: To ensure fairness in our services, any form of manipulation is prohibited. This includes downloading and using unofficial modifications, cheats or tools that give you an unfair advantage. The manual editing of files or scripts is also prohibited. In the event of violations, MagicAme CIL reserves the right to block user accounts and take other appropriate measures. The deliberate exploitation of errors or similar is prohibited.

4. Account and security: Users are responsible for the security of their accounts and personal access data. Passing on or selling user accounts is strictly prohibited. MagicAme CIL reserves the right to impose any kind of sanctions in such cases. In the event of prolonged inactivity of a user without a valid account, MagicAme CIL reserves the right to delete such users after 120 days. The deletion of a valid account can also be carried out at the request of the owner.

5. Purchases and microtransactions: When purchasing chargeable services, there is a right of withdrawal of 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. The request for a refund must be made and reviewed within this period. For all other microtransactions within our services (e.g. in-game purchases) there is no right to a refund.

6. Disclaimer of liability: MagicAme CIL accepts no liability for direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the services, in particular not for loss of data, technical problems or incompatibilities. Use is at your own risk. Some content (e.g. graphics, sounds) originates from third-party providers and is used under license. MagicAme CIL has the right to publish and pass on this content as part of the services offered. In the event of technical problems or improper use, we reserve the right to warn, temporarily or permanently block individual users.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
