MagicAme CIL. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and other relevant MagicAme policies at any time. All users of our Services are required to accept and agree to this Agreement when using our Services. Updating the agreement is done through a notification in our services

1. Safety for children and young people: We take the safety of children and young people seriously and pay attention to respectful behavior. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to use our services. Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for the times of use, as well as transactions by under-18s. 2. The behavior of the users:To ensure that all users feel safe, all users must be treated equally, regardless of religion, skin color, nation or anything else. Listening and respect are part of this. Impersonating another person and sharing private addresses (e-mail, telephone, etc.) is prohibited. Modifying currencies or physical forces is expressly prohibited! Our services should be fair to all users. Therefore, adding extra modifications that can create a certain advantage in our services is also prohibited. Downloading such files is often fraudulent and may contain malware. MagicAme CIL. is committed to providing features in all services that offer help to users in various areas, except for technical bugs. Exploiting our support and e-mail addresses, spamming messages in support or services, or creating bugs or causing bugs to affect other users is not permitted.

3. Registration and accounts: Every user needs an account to be able to use our services. When registering an account, the user ensures that all data entered or required is consistent and correct. Terminating or deleting an account can be done with our partners. in some products we offer accounts that help players to save and load progress. 4. Purchases and microtransactions: When acquiring our services through purchases, if the purchase was made within two weeks and its application time is less than two hours, the user can request a refund from our partners. The submission of the refund must be checked and verified. Microtransactions can be made in or outside of our services. The user has no right to a refund of any kind.
