MagicAme CIL. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and other relevant MagicAme policies at any time.

Safety for children: we take the safety of children and young people seriously in our products. Reporting functions may only be used if something has actually happened. The misuse of reports is not permitted and countermeasures can be taken. When choosing player names, you should choose names that are appropriate for all players and ages to ensure the safety of everyone. We are not responsible for purchases made without authorization. We are also not responsible for usage times and applications. All players should treat each other with respect so that gaming can be a fun distraction.

The safety of the game: To make our products safe for everyone, we ask for respect and no exclusion of people with different languages, religions or skin colors, as well as gender. The sharing of private information (such as numbers or addresses) is strictly prohibited. In such cases, legal action may be taken. Hacking or stealing currency or anything else is also prohibited and may lead to permanent bans. We want to make our games as fair as possible for everyone.

False information and dissemination: in our games it is not permitted to disseminate information that does not correspond to the truth. This also means that impersonating someone other than yourself is prohibited. The impersonation of MagicAme employees is subject to strict checks and controls. This also applies to the spending of known personalities. False information, for example about political activities, is also not permitted. In general, you should be careful with politics in our products, because some activities can annoy, frighten or otherwise upset others.

Accounts and their applications: in some products we offer accounts that help players to save and load progress. Selling accounts is prohibited and strictly controlled. Everyone should make their gaming experience and not spend money on existing accounts, as in such cases there is sometimes fraud and other things.
